Do I need an account to browse or shop?

You do not need an account to browse, however in order to purchase you must set up an account.

Where do my orders ship from?

All orders are processed at our Central Store in Abuja. Orders are distributed daily. In all cases, we are responsible for customs and clearance when applicable, at no cost to our customers.

When will I receive my Order?

Shipping transit times will vary. Through our shipping agents, all customers within Abuja should receive their order in no more than same day after the order leaves our warehouse. For customers outside Abuja, orders should arrive in no more than 3-5 Business days.  Orders placed through our website will show you an estimated delivery date.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes we will restock all out of stock product. Kindly subscribe to out of stock notifier when shopping.

Can I make changes to my order after I have submitted it?

NO. Once an order has been confirmed we will not accept any additions or deletions. Should you wish to have any item removed after the order has been packed, a restocking fee will be applied to cover the cost of removing the item(s) and repacking the order.  Any additions will be treated as a new order with all applicable guidelines. Please ensure that all orders are accurate prior to finalizing.
